Anti-corruption

   Corruption - the abuse of official position, bribery, bribe-taking, abuse of power, commercial bribery or other illegal use of a natural person of his official position contrary to the legitimate interests of society and the state in order to obtain benefits in the form of money, valuables, other property or property services other property rights for themselves or for third parties, or illegal provision of such benefits specified person other individuals, as well as the fulfillment of the above acts on behalf of or for the benefit of a legal person.

   Anti-corruption - the activities of the federal authorities, state authorities of the Russian Federation, local authorities, civil society, organizations and individuals within their powers:
a) to prevent corruption, including the identification and subsequent elimination of the causes of corruption (corruption prevention); b) the identification, prevention, suppression, detection and investigation of corruption offenses (anti-corruption); c) to minimize and (or) liquidation of the consequences of corruption offenses.

   In response to the request of the Russian Federation Government Office on 6.04.2012, the №VZ-P17-1929 on ensuring the implementation of the Decree of the President of Russian Federation of 13.03.2012, № 297 "on the National Anti-Corruption Plan for 2012-2013 and amendments to some acts President of Russian Federation concerning counteraction to corruption "and Rosstandart order of 26.06.2012, № 439 in CMTU Rosstandart developed and approved a plan of combating corruption for 2012-2013 (CMTU Rosstandart order from 10.07.2012 № 134/k).

   In order to take measures to comply with the requirements for validation and completeness of the information submitted by citizens claiming to fill the posts of the federal public service and federal public servants by order CMTU Rostechregulirovanie from 26.10.2009 number 267/k to the "About officials responsible for work on the prevention of corruption and other violations of law "approved the list of officials responsible for work on the prevention of corruption and other offenses also approved the procedure for the notification manager CMTU Rosstandart treatment of facts in order to induce civil servants to commit corruption offenses, provided the registration of these notifications.
